What does SecurX replace?

Do our volunteers need to download an app?
No. SecurX runs in any browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) on desktop and mobile devices. On a phone, add it to the home screen and it opens like any other app — nothing to install or update.
Our volunteers are not technically savvy.
Safety Team volunteers can quickly sign up to serve or they can check their assignments if the administrator maintains the schedule. Users typically only need to log in to see the position that they are assigned to and to check in when they arrive at their post.
We already have a church management system for keeping track of volunteers.
Church management systems were not built for safety team volunteers. They are adequate for scheduling but were never intended to support the full breadth of features required for a Safety Team Administrator.
